Our 3D Process
Morristown Orthodontics eliminates impressions in our office. We use open source intraoral scanners to take extremely accurate and high resolution digital impressions of your patients. Within minutes have a beautiful 3D digital model for archiving, diagnosis, treatment planning and appliance fabrication.

We use open source intraoral scanners to take extremely accurate and high resolution digital impressions of your patients.
Design

With O3D's Core Software Suite in our office, there are no limits to what we can create. We use it for archiving, diagnosis, treatment planning, appliance design and fabrication.
Print

After we scan and design, our models are ready to be sent to the 3D Printer. The digital file goes to the 3D printer to produce physical models; in-house appliance fabrication.

Green Velvet Cupcakes For St. Patty's Day

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 Tablespoon cocoa
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 Tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 oz green food coloring
- 1 package of softened cream cheese
- 1/4 cup softened butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 bag powdered sugar (2 lb bag)
- Milk as needed
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Grease your cake pans, muffin tins, whoopie pie pans, whatever method you decide to go with and bake for 20-25 minutes.
